Burn an aspect of your choice to reanimate a corpse Near you. They are reanimated as a 3-track temporary companion Undead Servant.
A black scythe fashioned from obsidian and bone. Deals your choice of Poison or Bleed damage in melee.
An amalgamation of flesh, bone, and dark magic. It has no will of its own, and serves you with full devotion. Deals Crush damage in melee.
A simple breastplate and shoulder pads fashioned from bones. Grants resistance to two damage types of your choice from Crush, Bleed, and Puncture.
You command the bones of your skeleton to form into tools. Mark to produce a resource fashioned from bone.
A playful spirit that takes the form of a hovering blue flame. It illuminates the surrounding area and deals Burn damage in melee.
A relic which drains vital energy from anything it touches. Burn to instantly heal one of your injuries.
A black tome bound in skin. When a creature dies strain to produce a word of power related to their personality or cause of death.
A hooded cloak of shadowcloth to conceal your appearance. Strain to magically cover your surrounding area in darkness.
Mark to ask a corpse Near you a question. Their spirit arises and answers you as they would in life.
Resources harvested from creatures aren't consumed as normal when used. They degrade instead and gain a negative trait. If the resource already has a negative trait, it is consumed instead.
Once per scene when you take burn or marks you can choose to delegate it unto this aspect.
Mark to instantly destroy one of your companions. Make a Break check as it explodes and deals Blast damage to all creatures in its area.
Your magic may carve, rejuvinate, and twist flesh. Increase potency when you perform rituals that target flesh, living or dead.
Though you can choose to do so, you have no real need to sleep, food, drink, or breathe.
