ANDAL
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The andals are the human species of the Elderlands. They are the descendants of those humans that survived the first wave of the Blight and lived through the harsh years that came after.
// During this time they migrated to the mountains, where they would trade with dwarves, and a select few lived with them for a time.
// Something about relying on clockwork machinery and black powder to keep the blight at bay.
// Diverse in culture and have spread far.
// Deeply social species. Andals will partake in conversations that may seem moot to others, but are a way of socialising.
// Weird magic sense. "Air feels oily in the presence of magic".
